can t install july ctp uninstall following programs

When I tried to upgrade (which I've done before without a problem), setup gave me things I had to uninstall before it would continue. I've removed several applications and now I'm stuch with this:
You must make the following changes before installing Windows Close Windows installation, go to Programs, and uninstall the following programs:
Borland Delphi 7.0
The problem is, I don't have Delphi 7.0 installed. I never have. I do have Delphi 2006 installed, along with many applications that are written in Delphi. How can I know what is triggering this message and, more importantly, work past it?

Make an image of the drive and then do a Custom (clean) installation. You will not be able to recover back to XP without doing a clean install then anyway.
If this is your production or primary home computer I would not install Vista on it in any case unless I could install to a blank partition or hard drive.
